All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Refund Policy
All tools must be in resellable condition; unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for refund. Hair tools fall under the personal care category, therefore for sanitary reasons personal care items cannot be returned after use. In cases in which returns are due to manufacturer’s defect, the styling tool will be replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. We require digital images of the styling tool as well as a copy of your original receipt. In cases involving replacements, payment will be required to cover the shipping and handling costs (price dependent on your location). The problems which are the result of misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear. The refund policy does not apply to styling tools that have been tampered with, altered or repaired by an unauthorized agent. Please read Safety Precautions carefully before use.
